If you are looking for a place to relax and indulge your beautiful body in the middle of the city of Bangkok,  there is an oasis, a place where you can have a special moment just for you. Inside the LIT Hotel in Bangkok, there is a Spa that is the perfect spot to stop after your shopping or business while staying in the city of Bangkok.

You can BOOK HERE your stay at the Lit Hotel and enjoy the great service they offer in all their facilities.

The first impression I had when entering the SPA was of a clean and minimalistic but at the same time very warm design, with a comfy lobby where, while you are welcomed by the staff you can enjoy drinking a tea and can choose what kind of treatment you would like to receive that day.

The walking path into the spa rooms it’s decorated with a low light and the corridor was designed especially to disconnect your senses from the rhythm of the city.

The service was exceptional. All the staff was very friendly and respectful. First, they explained all the treatments they offer at the SPA and I must admit I was really impressed by the variety they have.

They give traditional massages from different parts of the country using traditional elements such as seashells, wood sticks, and herbal balls. As any professional place, they ask you a few health questions to know your health condition previous to the treatment.

I choose for that day one of the four different packages they have, the South Sea Secret Package, consisting in 130 minutes total, 50 minutes of the Coconut Refreshing skin, a body scrub with coconut oil and black sesame seeds, and a 70 minutes Hot Seashell Massage.

Before the treatment, the therapist introduced herself lighting a candle, sited on the floor and explained the treatment she will give to me that day. After that, she leads me through the corridor into the massage room that was low lighted, warm and with special music related to the therapy.

I must say that the therapist was very professional and an expert on what she was doing, very careful and caring during all the treatment. Before starting, she shows me the elements she will use during the therapy and gave me a bathrobe and disposable underwear.

First I had a foot massage scrub with a mixture of warm water, sea salt, and lemongrass leaves, while I was drinking a tea. After that, on the massage table, started the body scrub made with a warm coconut and sesame seeds paste that makes the skin soft and nurtured.

With all the oil and seeds covering every corner of your skin (I mean every!), you will need a shower before the massage. For that, they have in the same room a toilette and a shower to make everything easier for you.

The seashell massage was something I had never experienced before and was one of the best I ever had. The contact of the warm shells with the skin makes the muscles release the tension very softly and gently and gives a special pressure and contact that hands can’t give.

Definitely, I can recommend this Spa to anyone staying in Bangkok.

You can BOOK HERE your stay at the Lit Hotel and enjoy the great service they offer in all their facilities.

The value is made for the details of decoration, the professional staff working on it, the variety and unique treatments they give. I always appreciate the delicacy of staff and special attention to giving their clients a unique experience, they do it really well.

For people living in Bangkok, they have special packages for several visits and membership for one-year spa packages.

In Kiriya Spa I find a place with techniques I had never experienced before and I will happily come back to them.
