News for passengers

As the company’s most important hub at the international level, Air France is constantly investing to improve the efficiency and service delivered to its passengers in this important hub.

Many times airports are the place where passengers spend much more time than in the air. It is the equivalent of a large hotel in which no one sleeps, where most passengers spend their time in the lobby and in the public areas.

The teamwork has given the results to better serve the passengers in transit through the airport.

  1. Air France lost our sons gun at the Charles Du Galle airport on June 20. We have spoken to numerous agents, been sent to Frankfurt to pick it up but it was never sent and now no one is returning our calls or emails. Our claim number is ZRHAF20639.

Please let me know a supervisor who is responsible for lost baggage. This is a gun not just a piece of luggage and is worth $10,000. We must have this gun sent to Toronto Pearson YYZ but July 20.

Please help us get in touch with someone with authority.
